The minutes of the February meeting were approved as sent.
New directions of how to download were given via Meade.
Mention was made of the stroke that Deacon Syd Bare had
suffered. He has been released from the hospital and is now at RHCI for rehab.
By Law discussion was again postponed as Bob Macallister who is most
knowledgeable about them was not here to lead it.
Main discussion focused on deacon-of-the-day assignments:
March 14--Barbara King
March 21--Cindy Nickerson
March 28 (Palm Sunday)--Bill Carr
April 4 (Easter)-- ?
April 11--Joan Augustino
Our next meeting (April 7, on Wednesday) will be after Easter.
Further discussion focused on Holy Week and the extra duties involved--Maundy Thursday is April 1 at 7:00 P.M. Rehearsal for the service readings etc. will be on Tuesday evening at 6:30 P.M, March 30.
2 greeters will be needed for Maundy Thursday service. Good Friday service will be at noon and Carl Meade will serve as DOD.
